We produce cushions, inserts and filling elements for upholstered furniture manufacturers and contract customers. Product parameters are matched to the furniture construction, the required resilience and the buyer's specification.

Sizes: Any dimensions and shapes made according to the customer's documentation or specification.
Cover materials: A broad selection of cover fabrics — from lighter fabrics to thick and durable materials weighing more than 300 g/m². The material is matched to the product construction, the filling type and the buyer's requirements.
Fillings: Polyester fibres, recycled polyester, siliconised polyester balls, polyurethane foam, viscoelastic foam and filling blends matched to the required product parameters.

B2B production and specification

Dimensions, cover fabric, filling type and weight and the required resilience are matched to the furniture construction and to the project requirements. We produce in series, with packing and marking adapted to the agreed specification.
