Sample development
Before series production starts, we can prepare a sample so that the construction, dimensions, materials and performance of the product can be assessed.

Production is carried out in line with the approved sample and the agreed order parameters.
Process control
During production we check, among other things, the dimensions, the seams, the cover fabrics and the quantity and distribution of the filling.
Packing and marking
The packing method, labels, retail marking and outer packaging are adapted to the buyer's requirements.
Shipment preparation
Finished goods are prepared for collection or transport according to the agreed packing method and delivery terms.
Detailed quality requirements, product documentation and any tests or certificates are agreed individually for a specific project.
