From specification to finished delivery

    Inquiry review

    You send us information about the product, the planned quantity and the expected parameters. We review the project and define the feasible scope of the work.

  2. 02

    Material and filling selection

    We select cover fabrics, the filling type, the filling weight and the remaining parameters to suit the product application and the expected price level.

  3. 03

    Sample development

    Based on the agreed parameters, we can prepare a product sample for evaluation before series production starts.

  4. 04

    Product approval

    The buyer evaluates the construction, dimensions, workmanship and performance of the product. The approved sample becomes the reference for series production.

  5. 05

    Series production

    The order is produced in line with the approved sample and the agreed product parameters.

  6. 06

    Labelling, packing and shipment

    Labels, marking, unit packaging and cartons are prepared according to the agreements and the buyer's requirements.
