Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
This policy explains how we process personal data in connection with this website and the B2B inquiry form. It is addressed to business contacts sending us product inquiries.
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is:
KAMAR INTERNATIONAL Sp. z o.o.Młynów 2257-300 KłodzkoPolandNIP: 8831859396 · REGON: 363673150 · KRS: 0000600534For privacy matters you can contact us at: info@kamarint.com, +48 533 177 480.
2. Scope of the data processed
Data provided in the inquiry form: company, contact person, e-mail address, country, inquiry subject and, optionally, phone number and expected quantity.
The content of the message, including the product specification described in it, and the optional attachment sent with the inquiry. The message and the attachment are sent by e-mail to KAMAR through the transactional e-mail provider Resend; a confirmation is also sent to the address you provided.
Data contained in further correspondence, if we continue the conversation by e-mail or by phone.
IP address and basic request and device data (including browser type and request time), processed in connection with website hosting, website security and limiting abuse of the form. Such data may be generated in technical request logs on the hosting provider's side.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your inquiry and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where applicable.
Conducting business correspondence, website security, preventing abuse of the form and establishing, pursuing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest.
Compliance with legal obligations, if they arise in connection with the business relationship — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Loading the optional embedded Google map — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, that is your voluntary consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Providing data is voluntary
Providing data is voluntary. However, the fields marked in the form as required are necessary to identify the sender and to reply — without them we cannot handle the inquiry.
Ticking the box next to the form is a confirmation that you have read the Privacy Policy; it is not a consent constituting the legal basis for processing the data from the inquiry.
5. Recipients of the data
We do not sell personal data. The following recipients may have access to the data, acting on our instructions or on the basis of their own legal obligations:
Lovable — hosting and technical infrastructure of the website, including technical request logs.
Cloudflare — content delivery network and traffic protection; it may process technical request data (including IP address, browser and device data) for website security and abuse prevention, and set the necessary __cf_bm cookie.
Resend — delivery of messages from the inquiry form and of e-mail confirmations, together with any attachments.
Google — only after you voluntarily load the embedded map on the contact page.
Legal, accounting or other advisers, only where this is necessary in a specific matter.
6. Google map as external content
On the contact page we provide an optional embedded Google map. By default it is blocked — until you click, no requests are sent to Google servers.
Once the map is loaded, Google may receive, among other things, your IP address, browser and device data, the request time and the address of the page from which the map was called, and may use its own cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its privacy policy.
The basis for this optional loading is your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time using the button next to the map or on the Cookies page; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. After withdrawal the map is no longer embedded, and the ordinary link to Google Maps still works.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
We use service providers that may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer takes place and the law requires it, it is carried out on the basis of appropriate transfer mechanisms, for example an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention period
We keep the data from the inquiry for as long as it is needed to handle it and to maintain the business relationship resulting from it.
After that, we keep the data only for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations and to defend or pursue claims, after which it is deleted.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and the right to data portability where applicable.
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
10. No automated decision-making
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing and we do not use profiling.
11. Security
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including limited access to inquiry data, encrypted transmission of the website and basic protection of the form against automated abuse.
12. External links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or for the way they process personal data — please read the privacy information published on those websites.
13. Policy updates
We update this policy whenever the scope of the website or the way we process data changes. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
